Liz O’Connell, began her association with ECBC during the completion of a DVD titled “Alaska’s Coolest Birds.” Liz is a video producer and administrator for WonderVisions, www.wondervisions.com. For over 30 years, she has produced award winning broadcast programs for PBS, Discovery Channel and cable networks with a focus on Alaska and natural history. Elizabeth has a B.S. in broadcast media and a minor in economics with a keen interest in using innovative media in science education for youth and the general public. She enjoys learning to ID birds and hearing the stories of bird behavior told by avid bird observers.
